BCBA Concierge Services

Hart 4 Autism offers specialized concierge services led by our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). These services provide focused Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, designed to address specific behavioral or skill-based challenges in children or adults. Focused ABA targets one or two critical areas such as reducing challenging behaviors, improving communication, or teaching essential daily living skills.

Hart 4 Autism can provide in person ABA services in Collier County, Lee County, Charlotte County and Sarasota County. We also provide virtual caregiver support session.

Who Can Benefit from BCBA Concierge Services?

Our concierge services are ideal for individuals who:

Have recently received an autism diagnosis and are awaiting a comprehensive ABA assessment.
Require support but were not recommended for comprehensive ABA therapy.
Have had services temporarily paused by insurance providers and need immediate assistance.
Need help with one or two targeted areas such as toilet training, social skills, personal hygiene, functional communication, or managing behavior in public settings.

Services at Hart 4 Autism

Daycares & Schools

Is your child engaging in challenging behaviors at school or daycare? Or, if your child on the verge of being kicked out. We will provide direct services at your child's school. We can support during IEP/ teacher meetings.

Medical Appointments

Does your child engage in challenging behaviors during medical appointments? Does your child appear to be fearful of medical offices or staff? We can provide services to decrease challenging behaiors and work on tolerance goals leading up to the medical appointment.

Hair Cuts

Children are often fearful of the noises and sensations hair clippers and hair cutting scissors make. The BCBA can work with your child and a desensitization protocol to increase their tolerance of haircuts. The BCBA can also support during haircuts conducted at salons or barber shops.

Toilet Training

One of the biggest challenges parents face is toilet training their child. A BCBA will develop a toilet training protocol individualized to your child's current needs and skills. The BCBA will train the caregivers involved with the child daily.

Grocery Stores

Children often will wander off in the middle of a store or engage in a tantrum when denied access to a preferred item. A BCBA will work with you and your child in a store. The BCBA will develop a shopping protocol to decrease your child's specific challenges and increase their tolerance skills.

Adaptive Life Skills

A BCBA can work with your child, teen or adult on a variety of ADLs. The BCBA will develop a written protocol with the parent on how to increase independence. Some goals may include household chores, filling out a resume, cooking, dressing self, and feeding skills.
