No-Show and Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to provide the best care to all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours' notice): You will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00

• No-Shows (Missed appointments without notice): You will be charged a No-Show fee of $50.00. 

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you experience a situation beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation—we aim to be understanding and flexible where appropriate.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may impact your ability to schedule future appointments.
